Jason Kruski Polish American Genealogy

Welcome to the website of Jason Kruski, genealogist, author, and public speaker specializing in Polish-American genealogy.  I am a sixth generation Chicagoan, so naturally the focus of my research is the city of Chicago and the surrounding areas.  I have conducted extensive research using church and other records throughout Poland.  I am an author and public speaker who speaks about topics in genealogy today including but not limited to genetic genealogy and DNA research, indexing projects, beginning/intermediate/advanced Polish-American genealogical research, and new technological advances in the field of genealogy.

In addition to my book, I am also the author of two published genealogical articles, “Andrew Iglewski: my Legendary Ancestor” (Rodziny Fall 2015) and “Tracing a Family Line in the Kujawy Region in the 18th and the 19th Century” (Rodziny Fall 2023).

Public Speaking

I have spoken to a number of societies in the Chicagoland area and would be more than happy to speak for your society.  Please feel free to contact me if your society is in need of a speaker about one of the above topics.
